RENOVATION

Bungalow 505 was a flat out a mess when the current owner purchased it. The foundation was 6″ off level so the house sat like a tilted hat. Copious amounts of can spray foam were used to seal cracks, doors and, really, any opening. With a goal of modernizing the post-war bungalow while honoring the heritage, hammers were lifted and work began. Now the house is a fresh and comfortable refuge waiting for your hill country adventures
